HOW TO MAKE KATSU
Organic Brown Rice Panko 50g, rice flour (or other gluten-free flour)50g, water 80ml, Frying oil
Recommended Ingredients:
shrimp, chicken, onions, mushrooms, boiled eggs, etc….
- Heat oil to 180℃
- To make the binder, mix rice flour and water in a bowl.
- Place ingredients into the batter until they’re fully coated evenly.
- One by one, coat the battered ingredients with PANKO. Press the surface to stick well.
- Deep fry in the hot oil until it turns golden brown, remove from the pan and place on a wire rack.
